THE APARTMENT
Luxury Two bed Two Bathroom apartment in Benalmadena Costa, Costa del Sol Spain. The apartment in in a private apartment complex which is gated for security.
We have our own parking place in our secure underground car park
The complex has two pools, one of which is for children, it also has toilets and showers by the poolside. There is a Gymnasium and a clubhouse, there is also a Concierge on duty and available all week except Sundays.
The apartment block is under eight minute walk from a small beach cove with all facilities including, sun beds and shades and snack bar. Many shops, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout.

- DVD system, with approx 100 films and a CD-hi-fi system. Also there is a playstation 2, and several board games
- The Lounge has patio doors leading to covered terrace with patio furniture.And the most striking view of the 5th tee and fairway on the torrequebrada golf course
- Twin Bedroom, twin beds, wardrobe bedside cabinet and drawer unit, and security shutter on window, Separate bathroom just outside bedroom door.
- Master bedroom with double bed ,en-suite bathroom, double wardrobe two chests of drawers and patio door, leading on to covered terrace.
- Our Apartment rental includes electricity, bed linen tea towels. Change over days is normally Saturday to Saturday we will consider other change over days.
Bus Service
There is a Bus stop just 5 mins walk from the apartment, outside the flatotel where you can get a bus into fuengorola for 1euro 15cents,and also to Malaga for 1euro and 15 cents, and also to Benalmadina and torremalinos for 1 euro. The bus for the marina, benalmadena, torremolinos and Malaga is the 110
The bus for fuengorolla is the 120, both busses stop at the same bus stop Benalmadena marina is just 7 stops away on the bus or ten minutes by car. Across the road from the bus stop there is an excellent restaurant and a lovely beach cove with sun beds and parasol.
