The apartment is on the 4th floor in a quiet residential area but with the thriving town of Fuengirola only 10 minutes drive away. From the large front balcony there are open views to the sea, and the balcony off the main bedroom overlooks the communal pool and gardens.
The beach at Los Boliches is very safe and family-friendly. From there, it is a lovely walk along the Paseo Maritimo into Fuengirola.
Fuengirola is just 20 minutes drive south of Malaga airport, or there is the coastal train service that runs every 30 minutes.
The apartment is furnished and equipped to the highest standard, with everything being brand new in spring 2004. The main bedroom has a 5 foot bed with built in double wardrobe and 2 bedside tables with drawers. There is a door leading to a balcony were the sun shines throughout the morning. The second bedroom has twin beds, double wardrobe and a set of drawers.
Both bathrooms have showers over the baths.
There is a spacious hallway with double doors into the main living area. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, washing machine, electric oven, hob, and microwave.
In the living room there is a T.V. with English stations, DVD player, and radio with CD player.
Patio doors lead onto a large terrace which benefits from the late morning, afternoon, and evening sun. There is a patio table and 4 chairs for alfresco dining.
Both bedrooms and the living rooms have ceiling fans.

A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF £70 IS REQUIRED WHEN THE FINAL PAYMENT IS MADE AND WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AFTER THE APARTMENT HAS BEEN SERVICED AND WE RECEIVE CONFIRMATION THAT IT HAS BEEN LEFT IN GOOD ORDER AND THERE HAS BEEN NO DAMAGE.
