Accommodation:
The newly built apartment is finished to a very high standard, interior furnishings are modern and contemporary in design. The high specification finish includes sandstone and marble floors, hot and cold air-conditioning, superbly appointed bathrooms and fully fitted kitchen with Dishwasher, Microwave, Washing Machine/dryer, etc.
This apartment is a penthouse duplex and is on the top two floors (2nd and 3rd). Downstairs in the apartment is a fully equipped kitchen and utility area, a toilet off the hall, and a dining area/lounge area, fronted by a large south facing balcony over looking the pool, tropical gardens and the la Duquesa golf course beyond. A SKY TV, DVD and CD player are also available for guests.
Upstairs are two bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms.
The master bedroom is south facing and has a small balcony with views over the pool and golf course. The room is well furnished with bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and mirror.
The second TWIN bedroom has en suite facilities, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, and bedside cabinet.
We can also provide a small cot with mattress - however guests need to supply their own sheets and blankets as appropiate.
Ironing boards/hairdryers etc, are supplied.
There are stairs and lifts from the secure car park level to your apartment level. A videophone link to the security gates allows guests to monitor visitors and remotely allow access to visitors.
Change over day is Saturday or Sunday, apartment available 3.00pm on day of arrival and must be vacated 10.00 am on day of departure. This allows for our cleaners to have time to prepare the apartment for our next guests. Sheets and Blankets will be provided, as are bath and hand towels for use in the apartments only. Clients must however supply their own pool/beach towels.
Cleaners will change linen and clean apartment once a week and we have an onsite representative should guests require information or assistance .
Area Attractions:
The beautiful golden, unspoilt and safe beaches (there are two) of Puerto la Duquesa are less than 200 metres away from the complex, as is the Marina with its wide choice of shops and restaurants ensuring that all your requirements are on your doorstep. For bargain hunters, there is a traditional open-air market every Sunday morning where all kinds of goods are for sale.
Estepona, with its beautiful beach and promenade is only 5 minutes drive away, There you can enjoy water-skiing, wake-boarding and ski tubing or allow a professional guide from the Blue Dolphin Beach Club assist you in locating the Mediterranean Dolphins.
Estepona also hosts one of the largest Equestrian Centres on the coast providing horseback excursions and riding lessons for all ages. To the east, the famous cosmopolitan towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus with there designers shops, casinos, restaurants and extensive nightlife are 15/20 minutes along the coast. The traditional white Spanish village of Casares with its panoramic views of the coastline is only a 20-minute drive inland.
Booking details & Terms & Conditions
A booking deposit of 25% is payable to confirm booking. Balance and a refundable damage deposit of £150/e200 to be paid 6 weeks prior to holiday departure date. Apartment details/location maps and keys will be either sent to you directly on receipt of final payment or if booked through agent, available on your arrival in Spain.
