The private underground parking has lift access to the first floor.

The apartment is located close to the El Romano beach (400 metres) one of the best beaches in the Marbella area, it is clean with several restaurants and facilities, child friendly, never overcrowded and parking is easy. The El Laurel Restaurant f.i. serves delicious meals, drinks and snacks with views of the Mediterranean and Gibraltar.

The Elviria commercial centre (1 minute away) offers a supermarket and all you need for your holiday. The old centre of Marbella and and lively Puerto Banus, renowned for its nightlife, are just a short drive away. You can find the ski opportunities in nearby Sierra Nevada and for the children the water park and the Safari Park which are just a few of the many options you have close at hand.

Full width glass sliding doors lead to a large (20 sqm) southwest facing terrace with table, chairs and sunbed.
