Rates include a welcome food pack, weekly clean and linen change. Airport transfers can be arranged on request. Car hire is not essential but recommended. Any part week will be charged at the applicable rate pro rata. A reservation deposit of 25% is payable if booked more than 16 weeks in advance and 50% if between 8 and 16 weeks in advance. Balance payable 8 weeks before departure. A £250 deposit is taken to cover breakages, damage to property, lost keys etc. This will be refunded to you after your return, once our agent has checked the property and confirmed receipt of the keys. This is a NO SMOKING apartment.

75% charged if cancelled within 2 weeks
100% charged if cancelled within 7 days
